Original vintage National Standard 2.5-gallon copper fire extinguisher with solid brass label and handle. Features raised lettering: “For Fire Turn Bottom Up To Stop Turn Back.” Marked F.S. & W.W. HIRSCH INC. and Made in U.S.A. with Simplex Non-Stick Cover cap patented Jan. 5, 1909.Measures approx. 24” tall and 7” in diameter at the base. Includes attached red hose. Displays beautifully with polished surface and great patina, though some dents, dings, and small signs of wear are present consistent with age.
