Vintage leather bag used by Moroccan "water sellers" (guerrab) in the souks (markets) from the 1800s. Handmade with local and foreign coins attached to the front and strap. Purchased directly in Rissani, Morocco, near the Sahara Desert. Dimensions: 9x10" with 20" strap drop. More of a collectible & display piece than for actual use as a purse. Excellent condition. A unique piece of Moroccan history and culture.
