TS-453A being sold as is for parts. The device powers on, and then turns off before starting up. I do not have the knowledge or patience to troubleshoot. <br><br>Selling with a brand new aftermarket power supply that meets specs.<br><br>This is device only. No disks, but I am supplying disk mounting screws in a small plastic bag.
