This is genuine. Weighed on a .001 gram reloading scale for accuracy and small increments. The coin itself is XF+, copper core missing its nickel cladding layers front and back, as evidenced by being underweight commensurate with the missing layers. Normal weight is around 2.27 grams, but most other listings for these, show them on .1 gram scales which means the whole variance is within tolerance of the scale. In my case, plus or minus .001 gram isn't going to be a problem, you can clearly see it is underweight. If someone had copper plated it, it would weigh heavier not lighter. If someone somehow stripped the cladding off the core, there would be damage, pitting, etc, and it would likely weigh even less than it does.

This has come from one of the biggest collectors of error coins I personally know, but I did my own examinations of it and confirm this is exactly what it is.

I have it listed on one other platform, wherever it sells the other listing will be removed quickly.
