This is an original vintage print ad from 1948 for Cream of Wheat cereal. It features a beloved cartoon of the time "Lil Abner" by Al Capp, in which Abner eats a bowl of cream of wheat to fight off a couple fighting over him in a Sadie Hawkins day race.
